Mr. Salehi has over 20 years of industry experience, holding senior roles in operations, projects, and corporate development. Before joining Nighthawk (Present STLLR Gold), he served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Technical Services at Mountain Province Diamonds, overseeing operations for a 12,000 tonnes-per-day diamond mine and implementing optimization initiatives. He has also held senior positions at Kirkland Lake Gold, St. Andrew Goldfields, Lake Shore Gold, FNX Mining, and Vale, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich School of Management.

Mr. Curcio is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over ten years of experience in financial reporting, audit, and assurance for publicly listed companies. He was previously Manager of Accounting and Finance at Mountain Province Diamonds Inc., overseeing financial reporting during the company’s transition to a commercially producing mine. Mr. Curcio holds a CPA, CA designation and earned his Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. McBride has 15 years of experience advancing exploration projects, specializing in field-based geology across Canada for precious metals, base metals, and diamonds. Most recently, he was the Exploration Manager at Generation Mining Ltd., where he led programs that advanced the Marathon Palladium-Copper Project toward a definitive feasibility study. Previously, he served as Senior Exploration Geologist at Marathon Gold Corp., managing exploration for the Valentine Lake Gold Project, and holds an HBSc and MSc in Geology from Lakehead University.

Mr. Candelario is an accomplished investor relations, corporate development, capital markets and finance professional, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience. Most recently, he was Vice President of Investor Relations at Battle North Gold Corp., where he played a key role in the company's turnaround and sale to Evolution Mining Ltd. in 2021. Previously, he managed investor relations at Alamos Gold Inc., worked in equity research for Canadian broker dealers, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and a CFA® designation.

VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTOR RELATIONS & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Gagne brings 15 years of progressive experience in mine operations, engineering, and consulting. Previously, he was with Kirkland Lake Gold as the Mine Superintendent of the Macassa Mine and was then promoted to the role of Manager of Mining. As the Manager, James was responsible for the totality of site operations comprised of 3 shafts, a paste plant, and a processing facility. He was also involved with the execution of various major projects such as the new #4 Shaft, the commencement of the Near Surface Portal deposit, and the new overall mine ventilation upgrade within the complex. At Lake Share Gold (subsequently acquired by Tahoe Resources then Pan American Silver), James was involved with the construction, ramp-up and operation of the Bell Creek and Timmins West Mines in the Timmins Mining Camp. He held various roles in engineering and operations, ultimately becoming the Senior Production Engineer. Prior to joining STLLR, James was the General Manager at Black Rock Engineering within the IONIC Technology Group, a firm that specialized in providing engineering services to mining and heavy industries across North America. Mr. Gagne received his Bachelor of Engineering at Laurentian University, his MBA at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Dr. Shannon is an experienced leader, researcher and public policy professional. Most recently with the Government of Ontario in Mines, Natural Resources, Energy and Indigenous Affairs, she has extensive expertise with mineral exploration and mine permitting. As the Director of Policy, she was responsible for developing and shaping mineral sector legislation, regulations and policy, including the Building More Mines Act, the Recovery of Minerals regulatory framework and the expansion of Resource Revenue Sharing with Indigenous communities. Her experience also includes enhancing Northern economies through resource development as well as natural resource management. Dr. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Guelph, and completed Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Kearns is a seasoned mining executive with decades of experience in financial reporting for public companies, specializing in tax structuring, capital raising, and streaming and royalty agreements. Before joining STLLR Gold, he held senior finance roles across multiple sectors, including CFO at an electric metals company, an ESG-focused streaming and royalty firm, and a fintech company specializing in digital payments. In these positions, Mr. Kearns enhanced operational efficiency, advised stakeholders and boards, and provided strong financial oversight.

Sandra Odendahl brings over 25 years of leadership in environmental science, sustainable finance, and ESG strategy. Sandra is currently the Senior Vice President and Head, Sustainability & Social Impact at the Business Development Bank of Canada (“BDC”). Ms. Odendahl oversees all facets of BDC’s sustainability and ESG strategy and programs, including the bank’s focus on environmental, economic and social impact, its commitment to Indigenous reconciliation, and its approach to diversity and inclusion. After starting her career as an environmental scientist and engineer in the natural resources sector, most of Sandra’s career has been in finance. Before joining BDC, Ms. Odendahl led enterprise-wide sustainability, community investment and social finance strategies and programs at Scotiabank and RBC. A committed community volunteer, she has served on the boards of many organizations, and is currently serving with the Canadian Sustainability Standards Board, Canadian Climate Institute, Transition Accelerator and NEXT Canada. Ms. Odendahl holds a Master of Applied Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charter holder.
