We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Project Geologist to join our exploration team. The successful candidate will support the implementation of exploration programs designed to identify and test geological targets with the goal of developing mineral resources. The position will report to the Exploration Manager, and will be responsible for the day-to- day operations of approved exploration programs, ensuring all work is conducted to industry best practices. This includes managing data collection, interpretation, and the advancement of exploration targets into economic mineral resource estimates. The role requires experience in successful exploration programs, particularly in gold, and involves direct supervision of exploration crews, contractors, and consultants while ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements and company Safety, Health and Environmental standards and procedures. *Schedule: The successful candidate will work on a rotational basis which will be determined based on their proximity to the work site. Approximately 20 days per month will be required on site during active programs, with regular 40-hour work weeks (remote) during non-active periods. Additional travel may be required for conferences or meetings.
